Return ticket flagged as "Fraud...
Return ticket was flagged as "Fraud Detected" and cancelled by airlines. I had to buy a return flights for the same day to get home. When you purchase they contact you the following day and require you to accept the new price. It was still a good deal so I did. They also try and make you write a review at that time which I declined to do saying I would wait until afterwards. I'm pretty sure most of the 5 star reviews that mention the customer service rep's name were made before travel even takes place. You do NOT get a ticket until the day before travel. They tell you its 24 hours but its not. My flight was on a Wednesday at 8:30 am leaving PHX. I contacted around 10:00 and they said I would receive it in 2 hours. Four hour later and still not tickets. I called them and finally get a hold of someone. They assured me I would get it in an hour. Three hours later I did get a valid confirmation. I think that was around 4:00 PM on Tuesday. Flew to PDX no issues. You only get departure tickets at the begging of trip. You won't get the return tickets until 24 hours before you leave. I got the return confirmation about 12 hour before I was to leave and was able to check in on the airline's website. However, when I got to airport the ticket had been cancelled because "Fraud Detected". I tried to contacting the service department but never heard back from them from that point on. I filed a claim with my credit card company.
