The sabers arrived much later than both promised and estimated. Unfortunately, the delivery delay was far from the only issue. The products received differ significantly from what is shown in the promotional videos on the website. The sabers are noticeably shorter, none of the advertised light or sound effects are present, and there is no disclaimer stating that the videos do not represent the actual product. Additionally, the sabers are marketed as suitable for “fighting,” yet they broke after extremely light use. A gentle swing by my toddler resulted in both sabers breaking, which clearly indicates poor build quality. One of the sabers also had a severely malfunctioning speaker from the start. I contacted the company and provided photo and video documentation, but communication has since stopped, and I am no longer receiving responses. Due to the combination of defective products, misleading marketing, and lack of customer support, I am now considering further action. The products delivered do not match their description, which raises serious concerns regarding consumer protection compliance

ULTIMATE Saber entspricht nicht der Werbung
Das Produkt, das ankam entsprach nicht der Werbung auf der Homepage bzw. der Werbung auf Facebook. Es war sehr minderwertige Ware und versprochene Features wie flash on clash, motion ignition usw. sind definitiv nicht vorhanden. Die 60 tägige Rücksendegarantie kann man in Anspruch nehmen, allerdings ist das Warehouse in Australien und der Versand ist fast so teuer wie das Prrodukt. Finger weg von dem Shop. Absolute Frechheit.

Ordered 2 of the budget lightsabers
Ordered 2 of the budget lightsabers, I wasn't expecting a lot but I at least expected the sabers to meet their own description, which they most definitely did not, this is on top of the fact that the shipping for the items was a lot longer than quoted on their site, plus after putting in a dispute with my bank, only then did they respond to my countless emails demanding answers, they even had the audacity to lie and say they don't do returns, despite their own site stating that if you are not happy, you can get a refund no questions asked, and they will sort out the return, one of their own employees tried to tell me they don't do returns at all, and could only offer me a partial refund, after being told this I simply said thank you for the proof I need in order to get my money back and showed them a screenshot of their own returns policy, after that the so called founder responded and told me they will go ahead and refund me, this is after weeks of trying to get in touch with them, with almost no responses from them, please no one else fall for this like I did.
