Absolutely useless. Avoid like the plague
We contracted them to move out belongings from Manchester, England to Slovakia. Some of the goods did not arrive. The driver was aware of this yet he did not make any mention when he dropped off the goods at the destination in Trencin, Slovakia. Since then it has been impossible to get hold of the company. Emails go unanswered. The 0800 number on their website disconnects. The sales agent Jack stops responding to my WhatsApp messages. I did get a reply from the delivery driver saying some of my goods had been stolen and I should go to Calais police station to file a claim for the stolen goods. Why is that my business. It means that if everything had been stolen they would have washed their hands off and declared it my problem. They are a bunch of scammers. Do not use unless you don't mind if your property is stolen. In which case why bother. They are cheap for a reason.

I had a good experience overall
I had a good experience overall. We moved from Denmark to the UK. The price was very reasonable compared to other options, and the guy who did the move for us was very helpful, kind and could lift our stuff easily packing it securely into the truck. He even gave us some delicious pork from his farm in Romania. That experience was easily 5/5. The reasons for 4/5 is that it was unclear exactly when they would come and collect the items until the very last moment which made it hard to arrange flights etc. unfortunately some items also got scratched as well. I would say go for Legend if you are ok with the flexible timing and wrap your stuff well to protect it for the move. Great budget option – I would use them again if I move internationally.

Superb Legend
Legend picked up our house contents in Cahors, France, on a Saturday at 09.00 and left at 16.10. On Monday they arrived at our house in Dorset, England and unloaded and unpacked in 5 hours. The same 2 men. They were courteous and very willing to accommodate any changes we made. You can’t get better service than that.

Good experience, European move
I had a good experience with legend removals, not perfect, but definitely positive! We did a European move from the UK to Switzerland, we made a few changes to our order before collection and they were dealt with quickly. When it came to the pick up window, they collected on the last day of the window and I had to reach out a few times for details, this lead to a bit of anxiety as we couldn't handle a delayed collection. When it came to the delivery, we had a minor delay after agreeing a date, which was out of anyone's hands, however, the team were very supportive and we came to a compromise so that the delay didn't cause much hardship. The pick up and delivery drivers were fantastic, the communication has room for improvement, and potentially more redundancy for issues. But it was a good experience and I would recommend. Especially for the price!

Unresponsive and items haven’t been delivered a year later
It has been a year since we contracted with them and items arrived in the US in January and we can’t get ahold of anyone. The broker in the US says the same thing. Our items were time sensitive and frankly needed special care. We aren’t even sure what they packed and if items are missing or damaged (we were already out of the country because they couldn’t arrive as quickly as promised). We aren’t even sure completely stuck with phone numbers saying disconnected and no email being answered. The last communication they stated that if I paid them more money I could have my items quicker but that they were in financial trouble. That was in April which was still months after my items cleared the port.
