Scam!!! Scam!!! Scam!!! I purchased a dress from them because their alleged return policy looked solid. However the dress arrived with lining that was far too light for me so I requested a return. Only to be denied because it was allegedly on sale. They then sent me a pic of a return policy that was different from the one listed on the item page. This one said no returns on sale items. I went through hundreds of dresses and found less than 20 that were NOT on sale. So, they basically run a sale constantly and make everything unreturnable. Buyer Beware!!!!

Order Never Arrived – No Refund Issued After 60 Days
I placed an online order with Lemalaya, and although I received an order confirmation and was charged immediately, I never received a shipping confirmation or the actual product. After 30 days, I contacted customer service to request a full refund due to the lack of tracking information and non-delivery. I received a response stating the order had supposedly shipped and that refunds were not possible at the moment, but I was assured I could return the items within 30 days of delivery. Now 60 days have passed since my order, and no package has arrived. I’ve followed up multiple times and only received what appears to be an automated response saying the item has shipped—yet no tracking details have ever been provided. Despite my repeated refund requests, the issue remains unresolved. I’ve since filed a dispute with my credit card company. Based on this experience, I strongly advise against purchasing from Lemalaya. The lack of transparency, communication, and customer service is deeply concerning. This appears to be a fraudulent or highly negligent business.

Absolutely horrible customer experience…
Absolutely horrible customer experience and shipping. I ordered a dress for a wedding and it arrived 28 days after I ordered it. Absolutely unacceptable in this day and age. Total lack of communication on shipment updates as well. When I finally did receive the ordered dress, the process to return it is just absurd. You have to email a general mailbox (info at lemalaya.com) and wait several days for someone to get back to you. I ordered this dresses 2 months ago and am still dealing with the hassle of trying to return it and get a refund. I do not recommend buying from this company.

I wish I could give 0. This is scam! Don’t fall in the trap! I purchased a dress at the beginning of May and nothing yet and despite my several emails, the answer is still “your order has been processed”. 2 months of horrible experience!!

Do not buy from this store - it is a scam!
Absolutely do not buy from this company. The quality of the dress was extremely poor and all advertising was misleading. Flimsy, scratchy fabric with an entirely different shape and color than advertised. Additionally, I ordered a M and was sent an XL. When I let them know it was their mistake (with photos) all I was offered was an exchange. I explained that the color, quality, and structure of the dress were completely different from the photos online and I did not want to exchange. Their replies to me were days and weeks apart and I was asked to return it at my own expense when they were at fault for sending me the wrong size. Please do not waste your money!
