I wasted my money on letslighting so you don't have to waste yours
I purchased a ceiling light from letslighting while doing some remodeling. By the time I hired someone to install the light, the 30-day period for returns had elapsed. The light did not work -- instead, it flashed like a strobe. Letslighting asked for video of the light flashing, which I sent. They offered to sell me a new driver -- at nearly the price of the original light. I asked, if this driver doesn't work, will you refund any money? Their answer was no. Even though this light will not work without a driver, they still define it as an "accessory." I wasted my money on this garbage company so you don't have to.

Blew it - Don't Do the Same
Blew it - should have never ordered from this company. Now that I look at the positive reviews (on the site and even on here) I see they are all on the same day or a day apart). Cheap fixtures sold at a premium price - I cancelled my order and they contacted me back saying they would give me an additional 10 percent off and would let me return if I didn't like them. I fell for it - then they showed up with a cheap plastic dome on a $250 light (and i'm reading that the lights don't work well installed) and they wouldn't take them back. Scam artists.

Do NOT use this company! They sell faulty products that are expensive and then refuse to take accountability to help resolve the issue. Product arrived and is non-functional. I have been emailing the company for weeks and they only keep asking me to “try” things to get the lights to work. They are so far refusing to help me send them back or get any type of refund. I shouldn’t be the one trying a million different “fixes” to get a product to work. It should work upon arrival and their customer service doesn’t seem to care pr want to actually help me get them returned. And this is all after the lights took weeks to get here.

Terrible Service, Charged for missing light
I ordered three sconces and two arrived 6 weeks after my order and the third one is lost in transit. The company is refusing to refund me for the third light until they "find" it. I need three matching lights for my room, so returning the two that arrived and they are making me pay full shipping charges and a restocking fee to return. I do NOT recommend Letslightiing. Buy elsewhere.

What a cheap piece of crap fixture
What a cheap piece of crap fixture. Waited 6 weeks to get this cheap fixture from China. Then each of the 5 cylinders has its own wiring without it being tied together. Save your time and money and just go to Home Depot.
