Completely disappointed. I’ve purchased LG w100 smartwatches, and unfortunately, the batteri now need replacing. This is a beautiful and well-designed brand, but the after-sales care for its smartwatches is non-existent. There seems to be very little support available when it comes to repairs or battery replacements, which is extremely disappointing.

Disgusting company, run by sociopaths that don't care about your consent. (Just like rapists). We need to change the law, so any company putting unwanted advertising on monitors and tvs - then the CEO gets life imprisonment. Really nasty company.

Well, what can I say just as I thought their non-existent customer service could not get any lower and worse, they managed to surpass that milestone. After almost a month of being ignored, lied to and my order cancelled by the most useless delivery company you could find (BJS Delivery Services), I Finally, get a phone call from a manager (not sure why she had manager in her title as she could not do anything to help me), to tell me that she is very sorry with the way we have been treated and was calling to help sort out the issues that we have incurred. Unfortunately, she was more concerned about the £15.00 water filter being returned (which took four days to be collected) than losing a £1200 (plus, any future purchases, as I will never buy another LG product in my life) Before she could issue the refund back to the Pay Pal Account. Up to this point I was still willing to reorder the Fridge / Freezer under the same conditions and Price that we had originally paid for. Instead of letting us reorder the fridge / freezer under the same terms and conditions, we were told that the Welcome Voucher was no longer valid and the Trade Up was no longer valid, so we would be paying much more, even after all the issues that have Occurred. The manager (I used that term very loosely), had no interest in helping us out, or treating like a returning customer, but instead kept repeating that we have used the offers up, the fridge was delivered to my address but was never taken of the delivery Vehicle. I told her that would she rather lose a large sale than helping us, but she had no authority (a manager with no authority, what a joke). Today they have managed to make yourselves even more incompetent that I thought possible, I received the refund back minus £30.00 for the Installation (The Item was never taken of the delivery vehicle or unpacked let alone installed). WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, I WARN ANYONE TO BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE ORDERING ANY ITEM FROM THEM...

⭐ 1 star - A 10-year compressor warranty that LG could not actually fulfil I would never buy another LG appliance after this experience. I bought a premium LG American-style fridge-freezer for £1,584 in 2022, partly reassured by the prominently advertised 10-year compressor warranty. After a long history of problems and multiple engineer visits, the fridge-freezer eventually failed completely. A highly experienced Pacifica engineer diagnosed a weak/failed compressor requiring replacement. His written report also states that, having reviewed the previous history, he suspected the appliance had been “slightly undergassed from the start”, causing the compressor to overwork and ultimately fail. You would think this is exactly what a 10-year compressor warranty is for. Unfortunately, LG has been unable to provide an authorised engineer in my area to replace it. Even John Lewis escalated the matter directly with LG and has confirmed to me in writing that LG has not disputed the compressor diagnosis, yet despite repeated escalation LG failed to provide an authorised repair option under its 10-year warranty. At one point LG suggested that I find my own independent engineer. John Lewis themselves described that suggestion to me as “dubious” and said they were deeply sceptical about the potential implications for the remaining warranty. Meanwhile, my family has been left without our main fridge-freezer through long repeated periods of extremely hot summer weather. I am a single parent with two teenage children, and managing without adequate refrigeration has been extraordinarily difficult and expensive. I also live with chronic pain, so constantly having to shop for small amounts of fresh food because I cannot store it properly has had a significant physical impact. The most upsetting part is that I wasn’t asking for anything extraordinary. I wanted LG to honour the compressor warranty displayed on the appliance and replace the failed compressor. Eventually I had to involve my MP, who contacted John Lewis on my behalf. Only then did my case reach John Lewis Director Relations, who acknowledged how badly I had been let down and began working with me towards an alternative replacement. I appreciate John Lewis finally stepping in, but it should never have reached this point. A long warranty sounds reassuring when you’re spending a substantial amount of money on a premium appliance. My experience has taught me that what matters is not the number of years printed on the sticker - it’s whether the manufacturer can actually provide the repair when you need to claim under it. LG could not do that for me. After this experience, I have completely lost confidence in LG and will not buy another LG appliance.

No nonsense refund Totally gobsmacked at the volume of absolutely awful reviews of LG, I had a TV stand that was not inexpensive that had to be returned, I found the process a refreshingly straightforward experience. Ok I had to pay £30 to get it collected but it was my fault for ordering the wrong stand in the first place so no complaints. there. I raised a request, I had a call back the next day. Collection was arranged three days later and a full refund in my account the day after it was received by them, LG don’t seem to be doing themselves any favours letting these complaints get so out of hand. If I’d hav3 read these first I would have gone elsewhere.
