Sehr gute Erfahrung von Anfang bis Ende. Alles war transparent, zuverlässig und deutlich unkomplizierter als erwartet. Man merkt, dass hier Wert auf einen guten Service gelegt wird. Ich würde den Anbieter jederzeit wieder nutzen.

Deceptive Advertising?
I have not purchased but I feel misled by the ads. It says Nordstrom Rack. But when you click it shows the same dress but under Liberia Global. Isn’t this deceptive advertising? This is the same under several “Nordstrom Rack” ads.

AVOID — what arrived looked nothing like what was advertised. I spent over £90 on two dresses based on the photographs and descriptions on the website. What I received was frankly shocking. The material, construction, length, proportions, detailing and overall appearance were substantially different from the dresses shown online. The items did not even have normal clothing labels attached. I contacted the company with photographic evidence comparing what was advertised with what I actually received. Their response was particularly revealing: they acknowledged that there were discrepancies and stated that their supplier had “failed to strictly adhere to our production specifications.” Despite effectively admitting that the products supplied did not match their specifications, they offered me only a 50% refund if I kept the unwanted items. They also warned me not to return the dresses to the address printed on the parcel because it was not their return address, while failing to simply provide a prepaid return label and straightforward full-refund process. “Professional lighting” was also given as part of the explanation for the discrepancies. Lighting does not change the construction, proportions, material or detailing of a garment. I ordered the dresses shown in the photographs. I did not receive those dresses. I should not have to negotiate for half my money back for products that the company itself acknowledges were not produced to specification. Extremely disappointing experience. I would not purchase from this company again and would strongly recommend that prospective customers exercise caution. They reply back from an Outlook email...

BEWARE DANGER
BEWARE DANGER This company is one of the worst! They sent me a pink dress! I ordered a white two, piece skirt set, they are impossible to reach. I am stuck with a gigantic pink dress made of cheap polyester, not wearable. I gave one star because I couldn’t give zero. Unfortunately I was scammed.
