TERRIBLE! DON'T waste good money
TERRIBLE!Cheapest plastic fitness tracker. If you can get it to bond with your bluetooth, (only took me 20 times of trying because I was determined), the connection will only last about 2 to 5 mins before it disconnects. Thought it might be a defect watch but since I bought two together and both did the same thing, don't believe it was a fluke. When I contracted the company there response back was "We apologized if the item did not work as expected on your end. Our return policy states that the customer covers the cost of shipping the item back and the item must be in its original packaging. As soon as we receive the item(s) in its pristine condition, we will issue you a full refund." Here is the biggest kick in the butt!!! They "Give" you the watch for free and you pay for the shipping. Guess what you not only have to pay to ship it back but they are not going to refund the money you paid to have it shipped in the first place. They make sure that you don't ever get a refund on the watch. That is what O call a SCAM. My fault for falling for it. Hope this help someone else not fall for it.

this store is scam, i ordered 4 months ago and customer service only replied your product is on its way, scam scam scambags are people working in this company, dont buy anything from this store

Horrible Service
Ordered from them in early May, 2020 and still haven’t received anything and no tracking information. Very poor customer service. Wish I had read these reviews before buying. Don’t order from these people.
