Very swift response to emails (within just a few hours) and the return/exchange process is very efficient. I had to exchange the dress because it was too large, but the actual quality of the fabric and stitching was very good.

Beautiful Clothing
I love the beautiful clothes sold by Lintico. They are good quality, comfortable clothing that fit well. Not the sort of clothes you can find in the shops. I can thoroughly recommend them.

I love Lintico
I love Lintico! I have made a few purchases from them. I love the style and the fabrics of the items I have gotten. Sizing can be inconsistent at times but for the most part it's spot . The customer service I have received to resolve a few issues had been excellent. In short, Lintico is a great company, great products, and great customer service.

Be careful! Opaque and expensive returns (if you get that far)
I am bewildered by the really positive reviews on this site. I received my order, the linen quality was stiff and thin. I kept one top, and wanted to return the other items. Then the problems start. There is no way to start a returns process on their website, you have to email customer services. I get a response giving me 'other options': a credit note, keep the items and update for a cost, etc. No return address or process, despite my asking. I sent a series of increasingly strong emails and finally got a return address with a woman's name. I sent my return there (at my own cost). It has taken weeks, I still haven't had the refund, and they wouldn't refund the whole amount - I am nearly £60 down from my original spend on the returned items. It feels really dodgy and difficult and I shall never purchase from this company again. Be careful!
