No withdrawal, the platform repeatedly returns an error
Dear Lirunex Support Team, I am writing to formally complain about an issue that is preventing me from withdrawing my invested funds from my Lirunex account. When I try to request a withdrawal, the platform repeatedly returns an error when I enter the PIX account that I originally used to make the deposit. As a result, I am currently unable to access my own funds. I have already contacted your support team at support more than three times, but unfortunately I have not received a clear or effective solution to the problem. I would appreciate it if Lirunex could resolve this matter quickly and simply, allowing me to withdraw my funds without further difficulties. It is particularly frustrating because Lirunex presents itself in its advertising as one of the best brokers to work with. I therefore expect the same level of efficiency and professionalism when a client needs to withdraw their funds. Please investigate this issue urgently and provide me with a clear solution and instructions for completing the withdrawal. I look forward to your prompt response.

Broker Scammed me!! Froze My Funds took $26k out of my acocunt Illegally
The Broker deducted and removed over $22000 after freezing my withdrawl on my LX account. There is no problem trading here if you are losing money but when you start to make money they will find excuse similar to prop firms to not pay you and keep your funds. Also- Swap fees on crypto/XAU are also horrible. If you holding trade overnight the swap fee is 10% of full account equity which is insane. Very money hungry broker I advised all new traders and IB's reading this to stay far away. Zero Stars! not even 1!

This is a terrible broker
This is a terrible broker. In addition to misleading IBs, they have created numerous difficulties for clients trying to withdraw their funds. I do not recommend this broker to anyone. Everything has been fully explained and documented across all of our channels.

BEWARE TRADES
BEWARE TRADES I opened a Live (Standard Cent) account with Lirunex a few days ago. Before depositing any funds, I asked their support team, three separate times, to confirm exactly which legal entity my account is registered under, given that I am a resident of Romania/EU — CySEC Cyprus, Labuan Malaysia, or the offshore Mauritius entity. Each time I received only generic, non-answers: 1. I was directed to a general "Regulations and Licenses" page. 2. I insisted again, explicitly asking for the entity name and license number for MY specific account — I was sent the exact same general link again. 3. On my third attempt, I was only told my inquiry had been "forwarded to the relevant team," with no concrete answer. The document I was eventually sent only showed 2 of the 4 entities listed in their standard email footer (Mauritius and UAE) — not Cyprus, which should be the only entity legally authorized to serve EU clients under MiFID II. For a broker that presents itself as regulated, the inability to simply and directly confirm, on explicit request, which specific legal entity a client's account is registered under is a serious red flag. I would not recommend opening an account until you receive clear written confirmation of the contracting entity — ideally by email, not just through live chat.
