Money withdrawn from account but no product
Similar issue as another of their customers, money withdrawn from account but nothing on my emails verifying the purchase or the tracking ID. I have tried contacting them through all their different support channels, but its only focused on technical support, no sales or aftersales. I have tried contacing them through their messenger and whatsapp to no avail. It is just as important to a costumer to be able to reach you guys (and not a chatbot) and not hide behind an automated chatbot wall. Even if I by accident misspelled my email or something of that nature, there should be a number to reach you to sort these kind of problems out.

Rupture non signalé sur le site pas de nouvelles du produit manquant
Commande payé reçu Avec un produit en rupture non signalé sur le site .. Plus de 3 semaines d attente et pas de retour,pas de produit reçu. Pour ma part 1 ère commande chez LOKLIK et la dernière..j' espère recevoir mon produit manquant et payer.

LOKLik delivery
LOKLik is a fast growing company in Europe with a good quality of goods. But please choose a different delivery company for Hungary please because UPS is the worst ever. You can not see the delivery in time . One day it says that the delivery is 2 days later then tomorrow you go to somewhere and get an email about the delivery is today. Mostly the delivery guy is a fantom . You are at home all day until 6pm and finally did not meet with the delivery guy but the system says it is unsuccessful. It was the worst choice to choose this company although LOKLik is good but this hassle with the delivery makes everything low. Check also reviews of UPS Hungary. Very bad:( poor
