Die Lieferfrist wurde knapp…
Die Lieferfrist wurde knapp überschritten, sollte Dienstag bis Donnerstag kommen und kam Freitag. Polyester Hose wie erwartet, Größe wie angegeben. Für den Angebotspreis vollkommen okay, zum Normalpreis wäre sie mir zu teuer gewesen. Alles in allem ein solider Shop.

Long…but inconsistent in quality, comfort and size
I’ve bought clothes from LTS many times over the years. Their clothing has been gradually becoming fashionable and varied in style. It’s great to have clothes that are actually long enough for me!! Unfortunately their clothes are very inconsistent in terms of quality, comfort and size. The same item in different colours can be a different texture, length, width and durability, making the buying experience very hit and miss.

Great clothes - TERRIBLE RETURNS
I wish I could give 3.5 stars because their clothes are my absolute favourite. As a 5'10" female, these clothes just fit me so well. And they are above-average quality. But, the last two times I have bought from them they take SO LONG to issue a refund and I have to chase them! I received notice they received my returns almost a month ago and I'm just so worried they won't refund. I had to chase them last time. So far they haven't responded to my most recent inquiry. It just seems normal to buy multiple sizes of clothes to try on and return the ones that don't fit and it's just like so worrisome when I have to chase them for the refund. I have the thought of not buying from them again, and I thought that last time too, but I just love their clothes so much. Note: I'm in Canada, MAYBE they're better for customers in the UK?

I am 5ft.11 and 67 years old. I get very excited every time I see Long Tall Sally advertising new clothing but most of it is so drab and frumpy. Where are the bright colours and fitted clothes. Most of the clothing looks like curtains.

Bought 2 items at different prices as a…
Bought 2 items at different prices as a set. One was delivered the other was not. Instead of refunding what I paid for the trousers they decided to half the payment in spite of the trousers being more expensive than the top. Their excuse is that it was purchased as a set. There was no discount purchasing it as a set. This is daylight robbery! Watch out so you don't fall victim to this. Order your items individually!
