Lovely hoodies…
I have ordered twice from Lucy and Lola. The service is excellent. Communication is great. Yes, you have a wait to receive your order but it is personalised and explained before ordering. I was very pleased with the quality of the finished items. The first order was a gift for my Sister and the experience was faultless. Unfortunately, the 2nd order less so. There was nothing wrong with the hoodie but I was supposed to receive 2 free gifts. The sleeve prints were not on the hoodie (they did say I could send it back, so that they could be added) but I had waited so long for it in the first place, I simply couldn't be bothered. The thing that I found most upsetting, was the free sticker or lack of. I paid for 2 of my beloved dogs to be embroidered and therefore assumed I would receive 2 stickers but that was not the case. Apparently, the gift only allows for one sticker! Both of my dogs are deceased and I couldn't possibly choose 1 but apparently they can. It's a sticker, not a major issue but as a grieving pet parent, it was very upsetting. Overall though, a nice company to deal with.

I placed 2 separate orders for over £100. The one I placed for myself is a photo of my recently deceased, beautiful dog. A handsome male Ridgeback. I approved the photo and paid. 2 or 3 days later I get an email asking me to accept the artist’s picture of my dog. It looked nothing like the photo I sent in! It was awful 😢. So I politely declined and asked for a refund ( it actually looked as though they’d used AI). The next day, or so, I got another email, telling me they were charging me £10, to refund me! I think this is an utter scam! If I could have given zero stars, I would have.

Timelines on site misleading
The crochets are beautiful and as good as advertised in terms of likeness to your loved pets. I ordered the backpack as a gift. The backpack itself is fine, not the highest quality, but ok. The main issue is with the timelines. When you order the site claims 'order today to be in the batch on XX date'. I ordered well in advance for a birthday and the timelines were way off what was stated on the date I ordered. It would be less misleading to be honest about the process up front, so people can choose not to order if there's a chance it doesn't arrive. Customer service was responsive but essentially it's too late for the correct information on how long it will take by the time you're chasing something that should've already been dispatched according to the (incorrect) website information.

My boyfriend brought me a personalised jumper from here with my two rabbits embroidered . Easy to order, received a design review pretty quickly, once accepted it was made and sent to me quickly. Very happy with my jumper. As I lost one of my rabbits last year it’s even more special to me. Would recommend
