Literally the worst website login ever
Literally the worst website login ever. I keep entering my log-in data (either email or Travel ID) and it keeps saying my password is not right, to reset it, they send a code to my phone number, reset the password (and it's a big one for the email and a 5 digit one for the Travel ID, which is already strange), but when I try to log in again it gives in loop the same error: "Please check your login data or request a new password/PIN." Result? I cannot login to buy a reward flight, nor I can log in into my lugfthansa profile to book a flight.

Total scam with Rocket Travel
Total scam with Rocket Travel. Stay away. Rocket Customer support does not care, Luftansa blames them but it’s their program. Rocket hired overseas help who use 100% scripted responses with no knowledge of issues. Three times in a row they deducted miles but failed to provide the auto and hotel reservations. Rocket blames Miles and More, but Miles and More blames Rocket. Bottom line: Do not sign up with Miles and More because they do not deliver and it’s impossible to redeem miles for bookings

I am disgusted with Lufthansa's…
I am disgusted with Lufthansa's handling of my baggage damage claim. Never have I receive such poor, indeed non-existent, customer service. I travelled on flight LH924 from Johannesburg to London on 21 January 2026 (Booking Reference: 7RW7NN). Upon arrival at Heathrow Airport on 22 January 2026, I immediately reported that my suitcase had been damaged during the journey. For over 170 days, I have been trying to obtain a simple damage report required for my insurance claim. Despite numerous emails, phone calls, and online chat interactions, I have received no meaningful assistance. Instead, I have been passed between departments, received automated responses, and been repeatedly promised follow-up that never materialised. What should have been a straightforward administrative request has turned into months of frustration. The lack of accountability, communication, and customer support has been deeply disappointing, especially from an airline with Lufthansa's reputation. I am still waiting for Lufthansa to review my case and provide the damage report so that I can proceed with my insurance claim.
