Loyalty program disappeared. Customer support disappeared. Brands disappeared. They only sell old stuff.

I lost points in the loyalty program online…
Luisaviaroma changed its online platform. With this change, which was made without any notice, I lost points in the loyalty program. I asked for explanations about this loss and, after being told to wait, they never replied to my emails again. I've been a platinum customer since 2018 and spent many thousands of euros, but I’ve practically stopped buying from Luisaviaroma because of the loss of privileges and the terrible customer service. I don’t think this is going to last long if it continues like this.

Iv been shopping with them for many years now and a platinum status customer. my last order i purchased was worth around 1500eu i returned some of the items in the order and had asked for a refund totalling 759eu for the returned items and on January 29th of this year they accepted the return and even sent me a confirmation email, it is now 6months since I sent back the items and they still haven't returned my money yet.. Iv sent several emails back and forth and they keep promising to refund the amount but nothing as yet...all just lies ...the company as i hear on the news has collapsed and they have cheated me of my money Horrible experience .... Can Someone tell me how to get my money back as the purchase was made using a store credit and I have all the emails as proof..
