I buy skincare with the best intentions…

I buy skincare with the best intentions and half of it ends up in a drawer. This didn't. I leave it next to the sofa so I remember to put it on in the evenings. The first thing I noticed was my skin looked less tired, then after a while I started seeing more shape around my cheeks. It's become one of those things I just do now.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. Returns are to USA and cost around £25-30 Absolutely not risk or hassle free. Mask is incredibly uncomfortable and actually leaves painful dents in the skin. You can only operate it lying down with eyes closed. Treatment times are 30/60 minutes. Do not purchase from this company. I wish I had read reviews on here before I wasted my time and money.

Very happy with “LUNA & SKIN”

I just wanted to tell you how much I enjoy my “Luna and Skin”. It’s the time of the day I really look forward to. Use the red light and the microcurrent daily. Have also tried the different color lights. I have used the gel and the 5 in one after My treatment. I can really tell a significant improvement in my skin, especially lately. I really enjoy the updates you send on the use of the microcurrent . I didn’t understand exactly how it works. Now I even have a follower using Luna & Skin. I would give it a great review. I was surprised that it took a little longer than I thought to see significant improvement but so glad I kept with It!! Thank you Susie B

The Regan mask was heavy

The Luna mask was heavy, uncomfortable and couldn’t use the metal prongs supplied. Sent emails explaining and wanting to return but was told that the 90 day window had expired which it clearly hadn’t. I waited days for any emails sent. I then sent dates ordered received etc. they asked me to alter the strap for comfort which still didn’t help. Eventually they offered me a 20% discount to keep the mask. I decided to keep because impossible company to deal with. Also too expensive to send back. Wish I’d checked reviews before hand. This mask a waste of money, still not used it.

For this reason, we were unfortunately unable to approve a full refund under the guarantee. We must apply the same timeframe consistently to all customers in order to remain fair to those who submit their requests within the eligible period. Despite the return period having passed, our team still tried to assist you and offered a 20% partial refund as a gesture of goodwill, allowing you to keep the product. Regarding comfort, the RegenMask differs from a standard LED-only mask as it also includes removable microcurrent prongs. Correct strap adjustment and positioning can make a significant difference to comfort, which is why our team provided guidance on adjusting the fit. I had an issue after 9 months

I had an issue after 9 months, contacted the company via email. They responded immediately & we’re only too happy to help me. They were Great~replaced the part for free ( sent videos to show issue). Yes there are issues but overall I’m happy with the mask. Still waiting to look younger more time…5x a week 35 minutes per session.
