MW as a long term partner
We also have been dealing with Paul and his growing team for nearly 25 years. MW has its foundations in straight forward customer service which is why we keep coming back. Always fair and with an eye to the future MW are excellent to deal with. Great to see the company moving forward with the next generations and a widening offering.

We have worked with Machinery World for more than 20 years and I have always found them really accommodating and very focused on what the customer requires. Also all the guys in team the are very personable and always follow up quickly on any enquiries. Managing Director Paul is at the pluse of all things going on and has a genuine concern around all customer satisfactory regardless of the size of the project. We recently installed an additional lane to our Rokk filler and this was a huge success thanks to the work of Gilbert in the office and Russell who visited our site to install and commisssion.

Johnathon is perfect He make business very easy , he has nice personality such as supportive , kindness , honest , responsibility , being available at every time on email and calling in every situation . when i was buying my machine from him , he was sick and stayed at home but when i call him , he support me and make offer for me . his price is competitive and their machines has perfect quality , he send me to much pictures from the machine from each position .
