Total scam. Avoid at all costs.
The swimsuit was unacceptable. Impossible to wear it. The quality is shockingly bad: cheap, thin fabric, terrible finishing, poorly stitched seams, and a general feel of a low-end product pretending to be premium. The return process is a nightmare by design. You first need to obtain a return approval, which takes more than a week. Then you are asked to send multiple photos before being allowed to proceed. To make things worse, you are forced to return the item using a national postal service only — no DHL, no FedEx, no UPS. This makes the return slower, unreliable, and significantly more expensive than standard international shipping. Despite complying with all their requirements, more than one month later I am still not refunded. Customer service provides no clear timeline, no resolution and basically no reply at this stage. 👉 Ultra-cheap quality 👉 Terrible fit and design 👉 Return process clearly meant to discourage customers 👉 Expensive and restrictive return shipping 👉 No refund after over a month This is a total scam, plain and simple. One of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had. Strongly do not recommend. If I could put negative stars, I would.

Gift card goofiness
I had often seen this company pop up on my social media page, and I liked the clothing options. Wishing to purchase a gift card for a friend in Australia so that she could select her own items, I quickly discovered that a $100 USD gift card would cost me $135 USD. I questioned their customer service via email and was politely told that the cost included "taxes and regional adjustments" in their system. Never would I pay 35% surcharge. I asked if I bought a $100 item of clothing would that too cost $135? Craziest thing ever. If I were paying for the card with the Australian dollar (AUD) it would make sense because of the exchange rate. I probably avoided further hassles by forgoing this company.
