Worst experience
I believe they are a legit company, but I won't be ordering from them again. Everything went ok until it was delivery time. They operate with MRW in Portugal which marked my package as delivered when in fact it was not. Tried complaining with the delivery company and they simply told me to complain to MAKEUP Store, when the problem was with the delivery company itself. There are many other delivery companies and this is the first time things went wrong for me. I refuse to have my packages stolen because a platform decides to work with such an awful delivery company.

I ordered perfume on 6 Aug this month they said delivery within 12 business days but still not received now they are saying they don't know when they will send, can anyone please let me know this makeup store is guenine or fake

My personal experience has been very positive
Hey,I placed my first order with Makeupstore and I am very happy with my experience. The order arrived in Norway quite quickly, and although there was a short delay during the import process, everything arrived safely and in perfect condition. I ordered a variety of products, including perfumes, soaps, hair oil and makeup products, and I was very impressed with the prices and the selection available. The products were well packed, and everything I ordered was included. I also contacted customer service when I was concerned about the delivery, and they responded quickly and were very friendly and helpful. I had read some negative reviews before placing my order, so I was a little worried, but my personal experience has been very positive. I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely order from Makeupstore again.

heres hopin...
well, they have the shampoo i havent been able to get my hands on for 2 years now... and at a reasonable price. i ordered 8 of them and i really really hope i get my order. according to the reviews im really taking a gamble but i guess im desperate. hope to get my shampoo. crossing my fingers. if the order does come and its correct im inclined to buy all of the rest of the shampoo they have in stock... take my money!
