I would give 0 stars if available. I purchased a bag and within months and only 4 times been used the gold plating on the logo was peeling and scratching. I raised my issue with there warranty team to be told i had misused the bag and caused the damage myself! The bag was only used for perhaps 2-3 hours at a time and only when we had gone out for meals as it is a small bag only holding minimal items. I was insulted to say the least. I will not be purchasing from them again.

Awful - no refund, appalling communication and customer service.
It’s a pity I can’t give MJ a 0/5. I purchased two rings, one of which I returned (it went to the USA although I live in the UK.) Weeks later and I’ve still not had my refund. Furthermore, their customer service is a joke. You get a case number with a generic automatic email and that’s it. Absolutely appalling customer service, awful communication and extremely shoddy treatment of customers. I will never buy from MJ again. UPDATE: After numerous emails to them I am apparently getting a refund. Be warned though! They charge you a ridiculous price to send it back to the USA which is ludicrous as surely they have bases in the UK. What a scam and dreadful experience. Never ever again. Shame on you MJ! AGREED!! OVERPRICED GARBAGE
If I could give zero stars I would. I have never had a problem with Marc Jacobs products until recently. I purchased "The Pave Mini Icon Charm Bracelet" in black for $175.00. I have worn this bracelet 2, maybe (emphasis on maybe) 3 times. I took the bracelet out of its bag the other day to wear it again, and I noticed the bracelet is turning colors. I contacted customer service and was told to contact the warranty department and send pictures. Well the warranty department replied to me stating the purchase was out of their "year" warranty, and they only offered me 10% off of a next purchase. What a slap in the face of a loyal customer. I will NEVER shop Marc Jacobs again. I am contacting corporate as well as the BBB. I saw a review on here that said "Overpriced Garbage" I am definitely starting to agree.

Unfortunately, I experienced premature wear that does not align with normal use or reasonable expectations for a luxury item. The issue presented as surface damage/scuffing on the leather that developed far earlier than it should have with standard, careful use. After reaching out to customer service, I was disappointed by the response. My concerns were dismissed and categorized as “wear and tear” or “scuffing” without a meaningful evaluation of the actual condition of the bag or consideration of whether the material performance was appropriate for the product category. What was especially frustrating was the lack of specific explanation or engagement with the details I provided. The response felt generic and did not reflect a proper assessment of the issue I raised. At this price point and brand level, I expect both higher material durability and more thorough customer service when issues arise. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect that standard. I’m sharing this so other customers are aware that if you experience similar issues, the resolution process may not feel thorough or supportive.
