A gorgeous work of art!
Ordered a Han Solo jacket. Leo and the team were happy to adjust the sizing to my measurements as I'm quite short and stocky. Be patient as these things (quite rightly) take time but the wait was more than worth it. Gorgeous materials and a beautiful jacket. NB: UK customers will have to pay import duty on top of the price

I purchased the Captain Jacket, and when I needed a repair, the Matchless team responded quickly and started working on it right away. The repair was excellent. They even made a small design improvement, so the jacket came back feeling even more unique and personal. A special thank you to Mr. Leo. Throughout the entire process, he was incredibly kind, professional, and always took the time to answer my questions. His passion for Matchless and leather jackets really comes through in every email. They did forget to include the hanger… but I’ll forgive them for that! 😂 Because of this wonderful experience, I already know I’ll be buying another Matchless jacket in the future—for Leo!

I am a previous customer of Matchless and very much loved visiting the London store, I have been dealing with the store in Venice and in particular Leo, I am always nervous purchasing on line however Leo has been absolutely first class and very patient with me I am from a customer service background and Leo’s customer service is a credit to Matchless

Matchless Shotgun - wow
I received a direct notification from Matchless re the MI3 shotgun jacket. Instantly loved it as the original has long been my favourite jacket. Spoke to Customer Services who advised me on the fit and any returns process. Jacket arrived and is simply incredible. The leather is top quality, fit incredible, and a very true interpretation of the original. Beautiful. Thank you guys

Replacemnt zipper for free…great customer service!
I have a reversible leather jacket, which unfortunately is not produced anymore. Recently, one zipper slider broke and I contacted the customer service for help. They found one last zipper, which they sent me free of charge. What a great service, thank you very much!
