Lang leveringstid og manglende tilbagebetaling
I marts bestilte jeg en gulvløber og forventede at modtage denne indenfor 10 uger. Jeg har flere gange måtte rykke for den, hvor virksomheden bliver ved med at udskyde ankomsten. Efter ca. 5 måneders venten, har jeg annulleret ordren og bedt om refundering. Refunderingen skulle være sket indenfor 2 uger, nu næsten 4 uger efter jeg har annulleret min ordre har jeg endnu ikke modtaget pengene og må løbende rykke kundeservice for dette.

Very disappointing experience
We ordered a rug in January 2026. Online was stated that delivery would take approximately 6 weeks. After ordering the rug, we did not receive any updates so after 7-8 weeks we had to reach out ourselves to ask about the status of the rug we ordered. We were told it will take another few weeks but shipping would be at the end May. Another few weeks passed and still no rug not any updates. We had to contact them ourselves again, and were given a vague estimate for the delivery, stating the rug would arrive in Denmark at the start of July. Due to the lack in communication and the constant delays we decided to cancel our order 15/6/26. We were told the refund would be done within the next 14 days. Since then we’ve been sending emails back and forth for about 2 months now and still no refund. Every week we are being told this will be made a priority. This is really unacceptable, made the whole experience frustrating and disappointing and we feel we have no other option than to escalate the case with our bank in order to get our money back.

At first I thought it was a bit pricey…
At first I thought it was a bit pricey but considering you get a heavy, solid resin tray that you keep forever, it's totally worth it. The soap itself is huge and the papaya scent is divine

I ordered a rug in September 2025, 10 months later still no rug
I ordered a rug in September 2025. Throughout the entire process, I received virtually no updates unless I contacted the company myself. Each time I asked for an update, I was given a new delivery estimate that ultimately turned out to be inaccurate. On 3 February, I was told: “We’re happy to let you know that the runner rug is already in our warehouse and will be sent out no later than this week, or next week at the latest.” That never happened. I was later informed that there had been a miscalculation and that the next batch would be shipped in March. When the end of March arrived, the explanation changed again, and the delay was attributed to the war in Iran. I was then told to expect delivery by the end of May. I was also given the option to pay an additional €80 to €150 to have the rug shipped by air. Given that none of the previous promises had been kept, I understandably did not feel comfortable paying even more money. The rug still did not arrive, so in July I finally decided to cancel my order. After waiting 10 months, I requested a refund. Unfortunately, the experience did not improve. I was told the refund would be processed within one week, but once again, nothing happened and I had to follow up myself. The repeated false promises, constantly changing explanations and complete lack of proactive communication have made this an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience.
