To whom it may concern,I am writing to formally report a highly frustrating user experience regarding the account creation process on your platform.Upon registering, I carefully set up my password and documented it immediately. However, when attempting to log in moments later, the system repeatedly rejected my credentials, claiming the password was incorrect. To resolve this, I triggered the "Forgot Password" function multiple times, but no password reset emails were ever delivered to my inbox or spam folder.Furthermore, navigating your platform to find a dedicated support email or contact point for these specific technical issues proved unsuccessful. Due to these persistent and disruptive bugs during the onboarding stage, I cannot recommend utilizing this platform in its current state. The registration process remains highly unreliable.I hope these technical shortcomings will be addressed promptly.

Nutze das Matrix Protokoll seit Jahren und es entwickelt sich immer besser. Inzwischen ist es mit verschiedenen Clients einfach zu bedienen. Es ist spendenfinanziert durch Unternehmen und Privatleute. Jeder kann es nutzen, da OpenSource. Nicht dazu dezentral, somit nicht anfällig für globalen Ausfall. Es kann selbst aufgesetzt, ein eigener Server gemietet, oder einfach nur ein Account (kostenfrei oder kostenpflichtig) erstellt werden. Es müssen nur mehr "Normalos" benutzen.

The Problems 1. Delayed or missing messages: Messages often don’t show up until you open the app. Even on standard Android with Play Services, people report delays ranging from minutes to never. You can miss group messages, direct messages, calls — everything. 2. Push system is fundamentally flawed: Element Android doesn’t handle push well. It relies on device registration with Firebase, a push gateway, and syncing. If one piece fails (token expiration, app killed in background, sync timeout), you’re dead. 3. App state problems: App starts in background but doesn’t sync. Encryption keys not always ready. Message shows as delivered but isn’t decrypted until you manually open it. 4. Group chats are even worse: More metadata to sync. More devices = more keys = more chances to fail. 5. The official Matrix homeserver (matrix.org) Overloaded, slow, and not optimized for mobile use. Users on matrix.org often see delivery issues worse than those on their own server.

Matrix.org allows fake profiles used to catfish job seekers. These criminals will offer an interview, ask you to download the element.io messenger app, and steal your information. I am very sorry to those that thought they had a genuine interview with me, it was not me and you were catfished. Please complain to Matrix.org as they have failed to remove these fake profiles. Be careful people and be smart, never share personal info through a messenger app.
