⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I needed to return the dress because a lot to big (hudge for M) and needed to write several times to finally get the label. They deduced 37€ For shipping (to receive the item was 12€ / same adress) Finally I returned my order and have been waiting for my refund. Despite several emails and repeated promises that the refund had been processed, I still have not received my money. Apparently the sent the money to other card because the number doesn’t correspond to mine. The company keeps blaming the payment provider instead of resolving the issue. As a customer, this is not my responsibility. I simply expect to receive the refund I am legally entitled to. Communication has been slow, and after so many delays I have completely lost confidence in this company. I hope this issue is resolved soin, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend Metamorphoza. My order was done in April!!!!! Still not resolved!

Unique pieces and very good quality
Unique pieces and very good quality. It has gotten a bit expensive over the years but I think it's still worth it now and then. Great customer service also they are very helpful if you have questions regarding size. Be aware that the return process is not the easiest or cheapest one. Ich have bought about 20-30 pieces over the last years.

Great quality
Great quality and petty good customer sevice. The designs are on the extavagant side. They offer custom size made to body measurements which I find amazing. I love their sustainability efforts. We need moe bands like that. Keep the good work!

Great brand with quality models
The models are so interesting it was hard to decide what to order, but I will definitely place another one! The clothes fit perfectly and the materials feel great! Amazing brand with great customer service!
