I was really excited ordering these clip in extensions, the instagram looked amazing !.. I went onto their website and ordered the 235g chocolate brown clip ins, as my previous extensions were chocolate brown. What I got, well…. Emails to prove the conversation I had also, I got a light brown, 185g !!! I emailed to ask could I dye the extensions as they have sent me the wrong colour, she stated that my colour might have been out of stock ! So I’m guessing they just send what ever they have at the time, she said no, so now I’m confused as this is real remy hair extensions right so real hair can be dyed ! She advised me not to dye the hair. So basically false advertising, she stated it was the lighting, I send her pictures of what she sent and my hair extensions I have in now to show the difference in chocolate brown, she said because I have opened the box it is now none refundable ! I’m sorry but if I ordered the colour I know I am I’m not going to question it so obviously you open the box !.. I gave the hair to my friend as it matches her, she has told me the hair can not be styled ! She washed the hair and the ends of the hair have gone like old hair dead ends. After one wash, she tried to curl the hair and it just fell completely out and the hair at the end just expanded and keeps just staying straight.. I would not buy off this company again, please do your research, I wish I would have..
