Horrible. Did you notice all replies are worded exactly the same? Do business with American made business and not CHINA. This is awful. So many of us citizens being ripped off by companies like this. DO NOT BUY from them simply put. They are selling cheap things that don’t work. So do your research. They are a scam. Scamming people everyday. Go USA instead.

Global Performance Commerce Limited, Inc MindInSole is a Scam
The company products are misleading and do not accept returns or will grant refunds. The only contact is through their AI customer rep which you can’t reply to and the company cannot be contacted. Tried going through PayPal but I think they must be paid off by Global Performance Commerce Limited, Inc the real company that seems to be untouchable. So DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

About two weeks ago I placed an order…
About two weeks ago I placed an order for your socks. I’m 86 years old and I would have no reason to order a lifetime warranty. I have tried twice to get in touch with the company. I wanted to cancel my order. No one has ever gotten back to me. I have called my bank to cancel and I was told to call back so that I can question this charge. I’m calling them in about 1/2 hour. And in reading all of these messages sounds as company should not be in business. Recently received email that my socks were being sent to me.
