No product or refund after a month and not hopeful!!!
I requested a mobile phone cover and it is almost a month and despite numerous emails to the company and many promises I have received neither the cover or a refund. I would recommend you use a reputable supplier.

Brilliant customer service & polite staff
I purchased a collectable phone holder from these guys recently. It arrived very quickly, but unfortunately had not been packed quite as well as it should have been, and subsequently the box was damaged on arrival. As the item was meant to be a gift, this wasn't ideal so I got in touch with the company to request that the issue be resolved. I can't fault how well they dealt with my issue - they were prompt to reply and refunded my return postage costs extremely quickly. They offered me either a full refund of the item or a replacement; I opted for the refund which was also done without any hesitation or argument from the company. They did also seem to take on board the packaging issue to ensure that it doesn't happen again! Despite the issue with the order, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again due to their professional and courteous customer service provided in resolving it:)

I have been ordering cases from this site for years now, and I’m still pleased with the quality. The only downside is that I live in the Netherlands and it takes a bit longer for me to receive my order ^.^

Excellent products
Have bought several phone cases from this seller. Good range to choose from, good price and quick delivery. Products are always well made and fit exactly. Having bought from other sellers where the item hasn't fit properly or has broken easily i now wouldn't buy from anywhere else. Recommend this seller.
