Moddys dissapoints!
Moddys is extremely helpful during the initial sales process, but is not listening to customers when a problem occurs later . Mails are answered in a very selective manner, the real question is not addressed. In my case it concerned a query for a missing screw at the bracelet, simple question one would think... At first the answer was the spare parts portal was being upgraded, in later conversations this was never mentioned and the conversation evolved into "buy a new watch band" - full stop. This is not what I expect from a - as they profile themselves - premium watch mod reseller, it does not show respect to the customer. @Moddys, please listen to your customers and follow up on their requests, else I fear your customer loyalty is in jeopardy. In my case there will be no repeat business at all.

excelentes relojes, servicio FATAL
Por más relojes que les he comprado, más de 25, su servicio es FATAL, me han botado más de 5 relojes que nunca han llegado a su destino, no te dan un tracking de seguimiento, te mandan correos donde dice que tu reloj fue entregado y no es verdad. Su nueva página web es malísima!! No tienes control de tu cuenta. Sus relojes son buenísimos, pero parece que han crecido mucho y están súper descuidados con el seguimiento a sus clientes. Eran mis favoritos pero hoy día estoy muy decepcionado con su servicio.

Scam company. I placed an order on the 5th of June and the watch was never even delivered. Customer service never responded to my emails or WhatsApp.

Pathetic service and fake refund policy
I received the watch and upon opening the box and removing the plastic I found one of the part missing. Upon contacting them they said the refund is applicable if the plastic is not removed. Not sure how they want to check the watch without removing plastic. Pathetic service.

Scam. Do not buy from this company! They falsely advertised the watch I bought and customer service is not answering after multiple emails and giving them all the information that they requested. I have also contacted SHOP with no results.
