Really great idea
Really great idea. It’s so versatile that it not only replaced all my other bottles, but I’m drinking more water and healthy stuff. I ended up getting one for each of my kids too.

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Product Quality and Customer Service **Update – Issue Resolved**
I purchased three bottles from this company, including the **Modular Bottle White Black / ULTRA 700 ml**, which was originally available through a pre-order. Unfortunately, the internal glass capsule broke after a very minor and short drop, even though the bottle was less than two months old. I contacted customer service and provided photos and all the information requested. After several emails and delays, they agreed to send a replacement glass capsule at no additional cost. However, the replacement process was extremely frustrating. Before the replacement was sent, I specifically contacted the company to confirm that the correct size would be shipped because my bottle is **700 ml**. They confirmed the information, but when I finally picked up the package I discovered that they had sent the **wrong 500 ml glass capsule**. What should have been a simple replacement turned into a long and disappointing experience involving poor communication, delays, confusing shipping information, and ultimately another mistake from the company. I purchased three bottles, but after this experience, I sincerely regret my purchase. The original product did not meet my expectations in terms of durability, and the customer service experience made the situation much worse. I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the product and the way this issue was handled. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company or its products to others. ******Update – Issue Resolved****** TMB offered to send me a completely new bottle, but I declined because I already had the bottle and only needed the correct 700 ml glass capsule. They then agreed to send the glass capsules, and I received **two new 700 ml capsules yesterday**. With that, I consider the issue resolved and I am updating my original feedback here to reflect the final outcome of this experience. The bottle itself is beautiful, and the glass capsule does help reduce the plastic taste compared to a fully plastic bottle. However, it does not eliminate it completely, since the cap and some other components are still made of plastic. Even so, I still prefer it over using a completely plastic bottle. One thing I learned from this experience is that the external plastic shell does not guarantee that the glass capsule inside cannot break. Because of this, I have started treating the bottle with the same care I would use with a fully glass bottle. I currently use the bottle at home and at the gym. My husband, however, has decided not to use his at work and opted for a more durable bottle instead, based on the experience I previously described. The customer service process was definitely exhausting and took much longer than it should have, with several communication issues and the wrong replacement being sent initially. However, TMB ultimately took responsibility, continued working with me, and resolved the issue by sending the correct 700 ml glass capsules. So, while my overall experience was not perfect, I appreciate that they ultimately resolved the problem. This update reflects the **complete outcome of my experience**, including both the difficulties I encountered and the positive final resolution.

Bought one bottle the highest one with…
Bought one bottle the highest one with all the tops and it was great first week or so then noticed there was a chip and was able to either get a refund or a whole new one and picked the new one and since then everything was great
