TRES MAUVAISE QUALITE ET AUCUN SAV

Il y a eu un défaut de fabrication sur mes 2 paires de Moon boots. Les semelles se sont arrachées après 2 utilisations. Après avoir contacté le SAV pour trouver une solution, on m'a envoyé balader à plusieurs reprises... on ne paie que la marque, n'achetez surtout pas.

If I could give it a zero I would. I sent in a return because they sent me the wrong size shoe. It’s been over a month now since they received the package and still I haven’t received my money back. I don’t understand why this process has been so long and difficult. For the cherry on top, they won’t respond to any of my emails when I ask where my money is or when it will be in. The communication is terrible with this company. You would think with how expensive they are that customer service might be a little better but it’s absolute garbage. Be careful ordering from moon boots because they will make it as difficult and as lengthy of a process as they can. I’m extremely disappointed with this company.

I ordered one pair of moonboots to deliver to Portugal . Order MB00032730. I only received one email saying Thank you for your order but nothing after that. Its has been 6 days. I am travelling next week and i need this product. It will make me very disappointed if i dont get it on time. When i check my account on the official website it says that i dont have any orders?? What is happenning? please do something!

They simply lie.....about everything

They simply lie. They told me the order was delivered, it wasn't. Then they told me they refunded me and I checked with my bank and they said they didn't. Then they told me my bank did a charge back which I confirmed today that my bank did not. Do NOT trust this company

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE

I order a pair of boots for my daughter for Christmas, over $300. UPS left the package at my door without a signature Somebody stole it. I reported it right away. Why would moonboots wouldn't request a signature for boots over three hundred dollars?I waited a month for them to get back to me to tell me UPS closed the case.Because they have a picture of the package at the door so it was delivered i'm out of three hundred dollars and my daughter's out of her boots What a christmas beware never order from this place!!!!!!!

As a result, the case was closed by the carrier. Unfortunately, when proof of delivery is provided, we are unable to take further action or assume liability for packages that may be lost or stolen after delivery.
