Beware may be a scam!
Be very careful using this company, they take your money and you never hear from them again. I ordered some nails for a wedding which has been and gone and I still haven't recieved my order. I have sent them emails and tried to contact them through their Facebook page and they just ignore you. I have had to start a dispute through my bank. Don't waste your money, buy from elsewhere.

Starting to lose faith
I love MOYOU London nails, I've converted so many friends and colleagues to use them and have had a subscription now for 2 years. I have however been disappointed to see constant offers and free gifts for regular orders or first time customers, yet for those of us on a subscription we don't receive anything like that. I know you get a discount having a subscription but it isn't that big. But my biggest gripe is lack of useful communication. My recent order did not arrive. After a week of waiting I contacted customer services and was told that they have relocated their warehouse so there is a delay in getting orders sent out. Since receiving my order confirmation 8 days ago, I have received 3 emails about offers, new nail designs, and a new customer offer, but nothing letting me know my order is delayed, or that they've relocated their warehouse. I love the nails, and rely on my monthly subscription and when things run smoothly MOYOU are great. But if something goes wrong this should be communicated and your loyal customers should be considered.

Customer service is shocking
Customer service is shocking. The lamp has broken and nobody is responding to emails or instagram messages. I have now opened a set of nails which look nothing like the photo but no point complaining we nobody will acknowledge it anyway!

Fabulous nail designs which look like gels. Customer service was exceptional, I had an issue with the shape of a set and asked how to return but they very kindly offered to keep and sent me a new set of my choice along with the glue. Amazing 😍 will be using this company all the time. Thank you 😊 Gemma
