Broken mug replaced
We broke a mug that had great sentimental value, having been given by our sister in law who passed away in December, and needed some guidance as to how to obtain a replacement. I asked the question via the website on Sunday 1st June, received an answer on 3rd June and received the mug on 7th June by Royal Mail. Excellent, understandng and very helpful service. Many thanks

I strongly recommend avoiding this company
I received not only my own incorrect order, but also two mugs for another customer, in the same parcel. By the time I realised that, I had time to notice that the personalisation of one of the two mugs the other customer had ordered, was also missing just as mine was. When I telephoned the company to advise them of this the young woman who answered agreed to send me the correct version of my order and requested that if she sent me a prepaid label, I return the other customer's order to the company. As I was both irritated and disappointed at the delay in having the correct item I'd ordered, but felt sorry for the other customer, I agreed. However I also requested that as an apology for both the disappointment of the execution of my order, the ineptitude of the delivery completion, and the downright nuisance of driving the 20 mile return journey to my nearest Post Office the company should send me one of their Bordeaux Collie Mugs. (I'm disabled, live pretty remotely and am in constant pain, so it wasn't as though I'd just trot off to a post-box a few hundred yards away.) I didn't feel this was unreasonable: indeed in the past when a company has acted in an unprofessional way re. one of my purchases, it has been the company which reached out to me to offer compensation. However when I received the correct version of my order along with the prepaid label, there was not only no Bordeaux Collie Mug, but not even an apology for the inconvenience, nor a thankyou for helping the company sort out their shoddy service. I see the company has many positive reviews - but I would caution anyone against buying from them. Instead, as I discovered too late, it's possible to buy new and unused Simon Drew mugs, as well as many other name designer mugs, at equal or lesser cost on a well known online auction website.

The Solar System Mug is Amazing!
The Solar System personalized mug I ordered as a Christmas present for my husband arrived sooner than I expected. It's really of beautiful quality (bone china), and the care taken in packing it ensured its safe and unbroken arrival in the US. I expect to order more products from Mclaggan.

There was a mistake with the item that…
There was a mistake with the item that was posted to me. MSG we’re fantastic with their customer service. As soon as I got in touch, they put a replacement in the post for me, with special 24hr delivery. I didn’t expect it to come in time with postal strikes, but it did. Great mug arrived well packaged. Due to their fantastic customer service, I’d happily buy from them again. We can all make mistakes, but when they’re handled so quickly and well, they show me how good a company they are. I’d definitely use them again.
