Worse service I've ever experienced.
Worse service I've ever experienced. I withdrew money on the 20 and. it is now the 27 and Ive still to receive my money. upon calling no one can give me accurate answers and simply say send an email to the email providing because there's nothing we can do about it. I've been trying to get my money for couple days know, even after reaching out to the withdrawal team they completely ignored my emails after I advised them they might have made an error because they changed information on a fake document they sent. Would definitely not recommend using this platform to anyone and plan on taking legal actions against them

Scam Broker keep Away
Warning – Withdrawal Blocked, No Proper Support, Then Unauthorized Trades Appeared I had a very serious experience with MultiBank Group / MEX Atlantic. First, they blocked my withdrawal and started a compliance review. I provided the requested documents, wallet information, transaction history, and additional proof. I repeatedly contacted their compliance and customer service teams, but I did not receive a proper resolution while my withdrawal remained restricted. Then something even more serious happened: trades appeared on my account that I did not open myself. I did not authorize these trades, and the account was eventually liquidated, causing approximately $2,000 in losses. I am extremely concerned about how trades could be opened on my account without my authorization, especially while I was already waiting for them to resolve the withdrawal restriction. I have emails, transaction records, screenshots, and account history to support my complaint. I am requesting MultiBank/MEX Atlantic to urgently investigate: Who opened the trades on my account. The IP/device and exact time used to place those trades. Why my withdrawal was restricted for so long without resolution. Why my account was liquidated as a result of trades I did not authorize. Reimbursement of any losses caused by unauthorized activity. Based on my experience, I strongly advise traders to be extremely cautious with this broker until they provide a clear explanation and resolve this matter. I will update this review if MultiBank investigates the issue properly and returns the funds. Case reference: 779321 I would use this instead of simply writing “they are a scam broker” as a bare accusation. Saying “based on my experience” and describing exactly what happened is stronger, more credible, and harder for them to challenge or have removed.

I worked at Multibank as an Account…
I worked at Multibank as an Account Manager and my experience as an employee was deeply disappointing. After leaving the company, they refused to pay what I was legally owed. I made several attempts to resolve this privately and in good faith, but got no collaboration from their side whatsoever. If you are considering working with or for Multibank, be aware that this is how they treat their own people. A company that doesn't honor its obligations to employees is not one to be trusted.

Was able to deposit and withdraw just fine. The only reason its not a 5 out of 5 is the zero spread account is not actually zero spread during some news events. Turns out the spread is higher then a regular account during this time. So what am I paying a commission for zero spread for when a regular account with no commission has a better spread?

Not Fair!
Not Fair! i am on their khabib demo contest. 1st round was okay now its second round started. when i logged into my trading account on mt5. i came to know that i cannot open a trade. i contacted their customer service on whatsapp. they told me that issue will resolve soon. after 8 hours issue was still there. i contacted again and they said i have to submit my documents to trade a demo contest. This is not fair.
