Shockingly bad. Ring never worked. Been waiting for a refund for well over a year. Do not give this company any of your money.

I sent this email to Muse. They deleted the post off facebook and didn’t reply. This gives you an idea why you SHOULD NOT BUY their new Ring 2. They give no support once they have your money. Hundreds of people have not received the first ring having paid over two years ago. If you do buy pay on credit card do you can do a charge back. I can’t believe you as a company are massively promoting the fact you have a new ring for sale when you can’t even offer any support to the people who have the first ring. As a company you don’t deserve one star . This ring requires support. Give the support and for some people a ring they paid over two years ago and people might take you seriously. I’ve been waiting months for you to sort out a registration issue for me. But all I get is the we are working on it emails. When you are clearly not working on it. I will also post a similar review so people don’t get sucked into Ring 2 which no doubt will have no support either.

I waited a year for the product. It did not function as advertised (no active blood pressure monitoring, which was my main purpose for buying). Manual measurements were required for blood pressure and they often failed to measure. Within just a couple months of use, the charger malfunctioned (common issue) and the ring was not able to be charged. I’ve been waiting three months for a replacement. The payment feature never worked either. I finally gave up and ordered an Oura ring.

As it has happened with everyone else, my ring was 2 years late, but I went with the flow, patiently waited and finally got it, I’ve had it and used it daily for more than a year now, so I can give an honest daily user review: Pros: - Easy to use, app has good general health information and the variations on health tracking vs other wearables is a bit off but I can understand it due to the “beta” process of the ring. Not too much to worry to be honest. - The blood pressure feature has been actually very accurate, I measure it at the same time along with an arm monitor and it varies +/- 6mmHg, so nothing worrisome. - The app is still free for all parameters, which is very much appreciated if compared to ALL other competitors which charge you loads of money for their monthly/yearly app subscriptions. Now the cons: - Battery life, at first, it had a 7 day battery life, awesome. But after a few months it started decreasing, now, after a year and a half it has a 2 day battery life, and it overheats each time I charge it, to the point where the “premium” plastics swell. - Material quality: not premium at all, the titanium got all dingy and scratched from very low intensity daily activities. And it is very uncomfortable to wash your hands with the ring . - Payments: the biggest hype and also the biggest disappointment, it’s been 4 years since its launch and there’s still no payment support in the US, or any American country for that matter, so their biggest strength has become its biggest flaw. Overall, I won’t be buying it again, even if there’s a RingOne 2.0 or whatever, there’s much better quality competitors for the price tag that actually deliver and continue to deliver after years of heavy usage, even though they may be pricier on the long run due to the subscription scheme. As for the “Hands free” payment future, I’ll stick to my watch/phone feature since I don’t think there’s going to be any update soon on the ring for my country (Mexico/US)

Horrible support, which is essential for fitness monitoring devices. DO NOT BUY.
