Sehr gute Erfahrung von Anfang bis Ende. Alles war transparent, zuverlässig und deutlich unkomplizierter als erwartet. Man merkt, dass hier Wert auf einen guten Service gelegt wird. Ich würde den Anbieter jederzeit wieder nutzen.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service, as the rest of the reviews prove. Don’t be fooled by their rating on AppStore or any other manipulated reviews platform. My friends, I and some family members I know all randomly get banned when they delete the app, no explanation, no response from customer service.

Worst Service in the Universe!
This app and website needs to be banned, they are an extreme website which makes them extremist in terms of the false made up rules and accusations. They accused me of polygamy and banned my account whatta bunch of losers! It is the worst app in the universe. Filth! Also the people behind the app spy on you on extreme ends. They constantly monitor what you type and say, they dont allow any pictures and you must use your phone camera to verify yourself. They also have a section where you get rewarded or verified if you upload or give them your personal information such as passport, bills, letters. Stupid! do you really think im gonna give them my personal information?! NEVER! instead i deleted the app, jokers! This is data harvesting with permission. They are trying to force you to verify even though they say they will not use your data, there is no i way i will give my information, only naive people who are on there are doing this. But the biggest mistake is they are BLOODY LIARS! LIARS! falsely accusing me of polygamy!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience using Muzz. My account was permanently banned without being given a clear explanation of what rule I supposedly breached. Shortly before the ban, I completed the requested selfie verification, so it was very surprising to have my account permanently removed afterwards. I’ve contacted support multiple times, but every response has felt automated rather than a genuine review of my case. I’ve repeatedly asked for a manual review and an explanation, but I still haven’t received a meaningful response or any evidence to support the decision. As a paying customer, I expected a fair investigation and the opportunity to understand or appeal the decision properly. Instead, I feel like I’ve been ignored and left with no way to resolve the issue. I’m not asking for special treatment—only transparency, a human review, and a clear explanation of why my account was permanently banned. Until Muzz improves its customer support and appeal process, I can’t recommend the service.
