My Back hug has been amazing
My Back hug has been amazing. I am learning about my SPECIFIC curve, and how my movement and exercise can improve my overall health. Through the trainings with doctors and therapists, I have gone from an unstable back and chronic pain, to stability, chronic pain is gone, and knowledge of how to maintain my strength as I age. Worth every penny!!!!

The service our members did not know they needed
We own Upgrade Labs Park City, a human performance and recovery facility, and we added BackHug roughly a month ago. We will admit we were not sold on it going in. We are now telling other operators to take it seriously. BackHug climbed to the number two most-booked service at our center inside the first 30 days. Members book it repeatedly, bring guests in to try it, and talk about it unprompted. In a facility full of cryotherapy, red light, compression, and PEMF, earning that spot that fast says something. The appeal is how broadly it lands. Our ski and trail crowd uses it for recovery after hard days in the mountains. Our desk-bound members use it for the stiffness that builds up over a week of sitting. Older members appreciate that it is gentle, guided, and requires nothing from them but showing up. Support from the BackHug team has been strong throughout: clear onboarding, quick answers, and real interest in how our members respond rather than just closing a sale. I found being part of a study to aid my symptoms from parkinsons led to my personal journey being more of a great benefit. Not for all but definitely 100% benefitting from my weekly sessions. Not for all but only once you have tried it for yourself.
