Nonexistent Technical Support
I don´t know what happened to this company, but they went from being a good company to a company with NO technical support. All they use now is AI an you cannot get an answer to any question. I am a computer engineer and am locked out of my MyFax account. I have tried everything and there is no way to get in! So they are charging me the monthly fee, but I can't use their service. Their website gives you a bunch of non-sense about who to contact for help. It is all fake. You get an AI response and it doesn´t tell you how to fix your problem. A perfect example of a company that us to be good and went to hell with customer support! Shamful!

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service - actually they have no customer service only bots. Ridiculous to try and get any help from them. I am cancelling by disputing payment through my credit card since they won’t let me cancel on”my fax.com”. They need to get their act together. Used to be great, now it is the worst….

Excellent Customer Service from Chris
Chris was very helpful and professional. He explained everything clearly, waived my late fee, helped lower my monthly plan, and submitted my refund request. He was patient and made the whole process much easier. Great customer service - thank you, Chris

This used to be a great service and at a price that was more than fair. However, they made the decision to cease all "phone support" some time ago and they have been going down hill rapidly. Their chat feature gives the same answer every time...something to affect of "I do not understand...". WELL NO KIDDING! They post a number and provide options for service but ends with we no longer provide phone support. They have trashed this company - I suggest you look elsewhere, Ring Central maybe.
