Not only did the item I ordered not…
Not only did the item I ordered not look like its picture, but it was 2 sizes too small. This company is a scam company out of China. Don't make the same mistake as me by ordering anything from here.

False advertising
I bought 4 different coloured embroidered, press studs cowboy shirts what arrived after many many emails asking where my goods were was nothing like the image of the shirts I'd bought . I pd over £40 a shirt and what arrived was a cheap polyester printed (not embrodiered) not as stated in the ad which emphasised embrodiered and no where on their ad did it say it was a printed design . The press studs ended up being just white plastic buttons . I complained right away stating they had falsely advertised them as embroidered and I wanted my money back and a returns label . They said they would not be supplying a free returns I would have to pay for it myself to return . They informed me it would cost over £30 n they offered me 10 % discount i told them where to go n kept saying they had fraudulently advertised them . I got in touch we my credit card company n PayPal but neither cud help seeminily it was the onnis of the seller to pay for returns even if it was not the goods I ordered . They did go as far as 30% discount but that wud still have been over £30 for a shirt i could get on Ebay n Amazon for anything from £8 to £12 it was cheaper for me to.pay the £35 postage charge so I cud at least get nearly £100 back i would never ever buy from this company or any other chinese company that says things are embroidered as mostly likely they won't be they will be printed cheap tat and you wont have a leg to stand .when you try to get ur money back I still cant believe I had no rights if id just changed my mind fair enough but the fact it was not the item I had pd for as stated in their ad and i proved that by sending them the images they had on their page and photos of the shirts they sent but nope i got no back up from anywhere something should have been done. If this had been a British company we would have had rights so plz think twice before you buy anything from this company .

After reviewing the hats on My Hat Havens website, I found three hats that I liked. I reviewed their return policy which stated the following: At MyHatHaven, we are dedicated to providing our esteemed customers with an enhanced and efficient return and exchange process. Quick Refunds Experience quick refunds for returned items and swift exchanges to ensure a worry-free shopping experience. Track your return instantly for added convenience. Return Policy If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase from MyHatHaven, you can return unworn, unused items in their original packaging. Please contact our customer service for the return address to initiate the refund process. MyHatHaven guarantees a seamless return or exchange process without any additional fees. Since the refund policy stated "refunds are quick & easy," I decided to make the purchase on May 25,2026 and received the items on June 2, 2026. Upon opening the box, I noticed the hats were of poor quality and looked like costume props! I immediately contacted the company asking for a refund. Their response was to offer various percentage refunds of 20%, 25%, & 50% respectively of the total cost. Not the 100% refund as stated in their policy. I declined the offers & requested a refund. The final blow was the company's last offer, which was as follows: "We can only issue a full refund to you after you send the goods back to us. Return address：3F, Building 2, No. 21, Hebei Industrial Zone, Dalang South Road, Longhua District City: Shenzhen. Province: Guangdong Country: China. Post Code: 518109 Phone number: 16675541141." The website policy never mentioned returning internationally or incurring other fees. It specifically stated returns were efficient & easy. Returning the hats to China instead of where they were sent from (Los Angeles) is not easy nor is it cost effective! I would like for the company to honor their policy & give me 100% refund of $128. This company absolutely sucks
This company absolutely sucks. I ordered a Tom horn hat. They sent a different hat then gave me to choices to correct. Accept the hat and a 45% discount or return the hat at my expense with all kinds of issues. Chew your arm off before you buy anything from this company

They are a Chinese scam. I was able to get a 60% refund but I'm still going to repot them to the U.S. Postal Service and the U.S. Attorney General for prosecution.
