Disappointing experience, especially for the price I joined My PT Hub in January after the 30-day free trial and committed to a 12-month subscription because of the way the platform is marketed as one of the leading apps for personal trainers. Unfortunately, after several months of using it, I have been left extremely disappointed. The biggest issue for me has been performance. In my experience, both the web and mobile platforms are slow and laggy, which makes even simple tasks take far longer than they should. Programme creation, which should be a straightforward process, often ends up taking hours because of the delays and loading times throughout the software. Another frustration has been the exercise library. I regularly found that exercises I wanted to use simply weren't available, meaning I had to continually create custom exercises manually. This became incredibly time-consuming, especially when combined with the slow performance of the platform. I also experienced ongoing problems with integrations. MyFitnessPal syncing was inconsistent, often failing to update correctly or displaying incomplete information. The same was true for wearable integrations such as Apple Watch and Fitbit. Since many clients rely on these features, it became difficult to provide the level of service I aim to deliver. Some clients struggled to use the app because of how slow it was and the amount of mobile data it appeared to require. I also found it difficult to effectively monitor whether clients were completing their daily habits, despite this being an important part of accountability and coaching. For £52 per month, I expected a much more polished and feature-rich product. In reality, I found the platform to be quite basic considering the cost. Sadly, client dissatisfaction with the app contributed to me losing clients and therefore losing income. What disappointed me further was the response when I was invited to provide feedback. I raised concerns regarding the exercise library, expecting constructive discussion. Instead, I felt that my experience was dismissed rather than acknowledged. As someone providing genuine feedback after using the platform extensively, I found this response unprofessional and disappointing. I gave the software several months and every opportunity to prove itself, but ultimately I do not feel that the quality, reliability or functionality justified the premium price tag. I have since decided to leave and would not personally recommend the platform to other coaches looking for a professional, efficient solution.

The app runs fine for most things, but the company's attention to building new products/features that they can sell obviously ranks higher for them than fixing bugs and making the user experience smooth across multiple platforms. The subscriptions' and packages' functions are pretty good. I have had very few problems signing people up, although some of the hyperlinks have been broken in the past. Integration with Stripe is good, not fully integrated but understandable given different systems and owners, etc. The scheduling function is good and is the main purpose I use the app for. It would be nice to more easily retrospectively go into the schedule to close past appointments and deduct sessions, but right now this can only be done in the app, and after amending something, the app defaults back to the current week, making it very laborious to go back in time to change anything. The pre-built templates have improved a lot and cover more topic areas – they certainly save a trainer a large amount of time programming, which is a benefit. I'm not sure how much longer the product can sustain the business as I bring in more trainers to work for me and expand into online training, but as a tool for a solo PT starting out, it does the job for a reasonable cost, although the fees being in GBP and not USD or local currency mean the cost is different each month based on the exchange rates.

This software is absolutely horrible. The programming isn't correct most of the time and the nutrition aspect is way off. It's virtually impossible to cancel your membership/contract with them and the customer service is HORRIBLE!! you will never talk to an actual person as they only respond via email. Even upon cancellation, they will continue to charge your credit card. Tereibale company overall. Use Everfit instead!!!

Poor customer service. Terrible terms. App is glitchy, clients do not enjoy the mobile experience. Do not waste your money or your time with this company.

Firstly, the app needs more exercises; it has very few exercises. My clients have had many problems with the videos, as they do not play. The support is 0%. I downgraded months ago because my clients started complaining about the app due to their own issues (PTHUB). I had to switch to another app of better quality, and they signed me up for another 12 months without clients. NOW they take $22 from me every month since when I downgraded to the basic plan to at least keep a couple of my clients on the app, but they imposed a 12-month term on me. The application did not meet my expectations or for some of my clients, and even after trying to cancel, they denied my request because the term is for 12 months while paying for a worthless app and having no clients on it. If someone uses it and finds it useful, good for them, but it did not work for me or my clients; as I said, the exercises are very few, and the exercises you want to add are not allowed. At one point, I tried to create one, and the graphics were horrible since the graph was very weak when uploading it to the app.

Auch nicht für Geld. Unclaimed ist fair. Claimed gibt das Mikrofon — nicht den Radiergummi.
