I am really pleased with this item
I am really pleased with this item. It works perfectly well in my Tassimo Happy. It is saving me a great deal not having to buy the expensive pods. You just need to check the list of compatible machines. Delivery was relatively quick.

Doesn't work
Doesn't work, don't waste your money on this. Changed the coffee grind, changed the amount of coffee used, changed the pressure when tamped. Still came out watery. Used the self adhesive lids bought off Amazon where you stick it to the existing pod case and it worked first time, every time.

Avoid this company not worth the trouble!!!
Seems that I am not the only person having the same issues, but I thought I would give it a go. Big Mistake:( Avoid this company, they have a 30 day refund policy, and after about 6 emails they 'agreed' to accept the item for a return - which cost me about £4 to return - Then I waited for almost 4 weeks to get a refund but no refund or any further replies then came from them. I then had no option but to lodge a PayPal case claim and I am still awaiting a refund, which I hope will arrive. It seems like a good idea but an inferior product design lets it down, too fiddly and not for me. Had I known that I would have all this childish nonsense to return the items by answering 6 'email interrogations' and all the extra effort to 'try' to get a refund I would not have bothered ordering. What a waste of my time, don't let it be yours too.

I tried to contact them with feedback to let them know that,,Their reusable pods were unsuitable for my machine so that they would know not to sell their pods to customers with the same machine.My emails to both their email addresses are bounced back. The Eleanor whose praises I've seen on Facebook did not understand what I meant, obviously nobody there was involved in the pod design. Anyway good idea if it works but rubbish customer service. It's always noticeable when companies do not respond to criticism that they are either out of their depth or scammed.

Awful to deal with. Doesnt respond to issue, just full of smarm. I returned items to address given which was different to website. Btw the website address cant be found on google maps or what3words. Its a co working site. None of company names are recognised. My reusables, nexorium or quantum response network. They just blamed the courier. I had it confirmed that whilst they knew Eleanor, she shudnt be using their address for communications. I had to get paypal involved who have found in my favour. I am convinced they had no intention of ever receiving any returns, just blaming courier. Terrible way to do business. Avoid Avoid Avoid.
