My first order came but took several months. So when I didn't get my second order (a long-sleeve t-shirt) I figured it was just going to take a while. But it never came, and now I'm out the money and can't figure out if I have any recourse at all.

File a BBB complaint - this company is fraudulent!
I just filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because this company is a fraudulent company. I ordered a pair of shoes in Nov 2019. I let them know through their web page I needed a larger pair. I received an email saying to mail them to an address, which I did. That was the last contact I had with them, after repeated attempts. Two of the 3 email addresses I had for them are now disconnected. There is no phone number available. The company seems to be shut down, yet their web page is still up, still receiving money from people. Every complain on here is the same - no product received, or no money received for a return. Please people, file a complaint with the BBB! This site is a scam. zero freaking stars
If I could give zero freaking stars, I would. Don’t waste your time or money. I ordered what I was hoping would be an adorable pair of winter boots on 12/2/19. After sending three emails asking for an update, I have yet to receive a reply. Now, when I click the “track your order” button from the original email I received, it goes to “page not found”. This site is a COMPLETE scam. I will be disputing the charge through my bank.

Never answered my emails
Terrible customer service. They actually blocked my email because I wrote so often about the toxic smell in my boots. I bought 4 pair, they all came but two smell terrible and I can't return them. If I was assured it would go away I wouldn't be so upset but with absolutely no reply to my emails, I can't recommend buying from them. The smell is still there, 2 months later, BTW.

Happy start, no happy end.
First delivery of shoes went well, although I had to wait for more than a month. Next delivery of shoes proved to be at least two sizes to small. No reactions at my complaints. So I will not buy there again.
