What has happened to the things I sent the company…
I sent nine or 10 high quality designer items about three years ago. A Armani party dress sold immediately, and a while later, another two things. I had to contact them to ask for the money which did eventually arrive. [They claimed not to know my bank account]. Since then, I have had no contact with them. As far as I am aware, nothing has been rented or sold. The total value of the items I sent must have been £2000. Has anyone else had better luck than me?

Read the Daily Telegraph story today. They totally rip people off and take no real responsibility when things go wrong. I'd warn anyone to avoid them like the plague.

Never payed me for the items that they…
Never payed me for the items that they sold that were marked as sold and gave or lost my other items that they offered me a voucher for this missing item at less than half the price that got for them. Don’t use it’s an con 2 payment and then con you

Appalling customer service
Purchased 2 items from the website... One was cancelled as out of stock... I paid for next day delivery for the other which was never posted. Tried to cancel for a refund, 3 emails later no reply. Have opened a dispute with PayPal who will resolve and refund, but customer service appalling. Funnily enough, as soon as I opened a dispute I received a reply saying that if I closed the dispute I would receive a refund. I politely declined and advised that once they refunded me the dispute would close automatically. No reply or refund. Fortunately after relaying all of this information to PayPal they refunded me in full. Avoid this company, they are deceitful.

Lied about free returns
The website said 'free returns' but they refused to allow me to return anything until I'd threatened them with Small Claims. Then they tried to charge me an £8-per-item restocking fee (and some of the items were less than £20 so that's like 40% of the refund). I finally got it down to just an £8 total charge and decided to give up there, but that's still not a free return
