Great way to automate any online workflows. It has become my favorite tools as a developer!

Solid when used for brief chains (quite complex without tutorials from smart guys)
It has a surprisingly low score here whereas this tool is a life saviour for me. It has multiple nodes (or you can make custome ones via guides if there's none). I understand that n8n is quite dificult to learn, and you have to look for guides now and then. And that's what I do. However, it's simple to repeat after YouTubers and build automations for your gmail / google sheets / various scraping tools, etc. The bad side is difficulties with certain credentials (APIs), and dependency on every integration in the flow to be up when you run the flow. Still, you can build dozens for short and simple workflows that will save your time in the future. For example, if you administrate a small hotel, you get an email with new booking > send it to your Google sheets with details > notify yourself via messenger with any data from there > fill any other reports you make for your booking stats.

Feels like a scam
This app doesn't f-ing work. It keeps crashing and breaking the workflow, so I have to keep remaking it. Each time I try to fix it it costs credits, so I'm paying to fix my workflow that their website broke. I have to use this for a class and I feel scammed, it's the worst product I've ever seen. It's designed to steal your money through wasting credits than actually help you, that's been my experience with it. There is ZERO reason to use this over a Gemini or OpenAI agent since they actually work.

For an unknown reason, I no longer have access to my account. Technical issues can happen, but their support is completely unresponsive. There is no live chat support, and they can only be contacted by email (after digging around to find the email address). I then end up dealing with a human being who takes more than 24 hours to reply to each message. In the meantime, I still don’t have access to my n8n account, it has been almost a week There are probably better alternatives on the market.
