Never received order or any customer service
UPDATE: They also do not post negative reviews on their website. I put this same review down under their Novi shoe, and despite me confirming my email it never showed up. Scammy to the core. I ordered some shoes from Naturalizer’s website 2.5 weeks ago. After about a week, I still had not received a confirmation email, or any other emails from Naturalizer which I thought was odd since the shoes were not on pre-order or anything. I tried the order lookup tool and no order showed up, despite the charge appearing on my Apple Pay account. I then filled out the help request to track down my order. Not only did no one get back to me in 1.5 weeks of filling it out, but they put the email I used in the help request on their marketing list! I have no shoes for the upcoming wedding I bought them for and naturalizer may have stolen my money. Will never order there again.

They are not what they used to be
They are not what they used to be! I bought the Izzy block heel shoe in a very pretty light brown . . . the only 'supposed' real leather are in the straps and they just look awful where the leather looks faded especially on the top (sunlight??? I don't know) . I question where this 'leather' came from. . . I love the color, shoe and fit before they just 'faded' (literally) out . . . Not sure what 'date of experience' meant but I bought them probably a year ago . . . The ' date of bad experience' came later but not a lot later!

Been fighting for 6 months for a refund and still not received any
I rarely leave negative reviews, but after months of trying to resolve a simple refund issue, I feel other customers should be aware of my experience. I ordered a pair of boots from Naturalizer Canada on October 16, 2025, and returned them promptly. Purolator confirmed that the return was successfully delivered to Naturalizer. Despite this, I never received my refund. A refund should not take months of repeated follow-ups. Customers should not have to chase a company to receive money they are owed for a properly returned product. The most disappointing part has been the lack of effective customer service. Instead of taking ownership and resolving the issue promptly, I have had to repeatedly contact the company without reaching a satisfactory resolution. I hope Naturalizer Canada will finally address this matter publicly and process the refund that has been outstanding since my return.

I order 2 pairs of trainers in a UK…
I ordered 2 pairs of trainers in a UK size 7.5 and got sent US 7.5 so unless I cut my toes off there is no chance of them fitting. I have messaged the company numerous times and received no response at all and am now £200 out of pocket! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! absolute con merchants.

NATURALIZER NEEDS TO CARRY SIZE 4.5 IN ALL STYLES AGAIN!
Naturalizer needs to carry size 4 1/2 again in all styles! I purchased Naturalizer size 4 1/2 for over 30 years, but they stopped selling that size a few years ago, except for approx. 3 styles. BRING BACK SIZE 4 1/2 IN ALL STYLES!! There are folks who wear that size that would gladly buy them because it is a very hard size to find. This is a missed opportunity by Naturalizer.
