NeuroMD is an elaborate scam
NeuroMD operates a customer service that is impossible to reach and not English-speaking because it is offshore. Instead, NeuroMD relies on a third-party customer service provider and a company named TryNow for merchant servicing, which allows NeuroMD to distance itself from monetary responsibility under its guarantees. These factors, among others, appear to contribute to the customer service NeuroMD touts in all its social media advertising, which it relies on heavily. Social media advertising is a simple and inexpensive way to avoid accountability for its claims, because there are no safeguards or guardrails like those in mainstream media. In my experience with this company, they have not answered the customer service telephone number listed as (877) 800.9062, and their email communications are standardized and prewritten so that offshore workers don't have to type responses. There is no physical corporate office, and devices are shipped via third-party carriers. As for the actual device, it is nothing more than an elaborate, overpriced TENS unit that uses a larger adhesive pad they sell for approximately $40.00 (on special sale) for a set of four. The catch is that the pads don’t last more than 20-30 applications, forcing repeated purchases of these overpriced adhesive pads. I estimate that you will spend triple the amount annually on the pads, which allows NeuroMD to reduce the device's cost, which is perpetually on sale at $149.95. Always be wary of anything that is continuously on “special limited” sale, as the NeuroMD device is. Additionally, if you read some of the reviews and findings from the FDA, you will conclude, as I did, that the NeuroMD device is not only useless, overpriced, and worthless but may also be potentially dangerous.

Pessimo centro. Avevo una prenotazione il 1 Aprile, ho aspettato 2 mesi. Il giorno prima mi hanno chiamata per dirmi che era saltata per problemi tecnici si macchinari. Che mi avrebbero richiamata. Ho indicato l’urgenza, mi hanno rassicurata. Dopo di che sono spariti. Ho telefonato, ho scritto, ovunque. I numeri per le prenotazioni danno sempre occupato. Alla mail e al messaggio wp al Cup nessuna risposta. Una risposta due giorni fa, mi hanno assicurato che sarei stata richiamata il giorno dopo, sono spariti e ora non riesco comunque più a farmi rispondere al telefono. Un paziente non può essere umiliato più di quanto non faccia la stessa malattia.
