Excellent care and support.
I had a wonderful experience with Kardelen and the Renémore team. From the beginning, they were so kind, welcoming and supportive, and I always felt well looked after. Kardelen was especially lovely, attentive and helpful throughout, making the whole experience feel much easier and more comfortable. Communication was excellent, and the team were always available whenever I needed assistance. I’m very happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend them to anyone considering their services. I got my expected result and I am more than happy with the team. ❤️❤️

Desidero condividere la mia esperienza estremamente positiva presso il Memorial Hospital, dove mi sono sottoposto a tre interventi: liposuzione, rinoplastica e blefaroplastica. Fin dal mio arrivo in aeroporto mi sono sentito seguito e assistito in ogni dettaglio. Il servizio di accoglienza è stato impeccabile: sono stato accompagnato direttamente in ospedale senza alcuna preoccupazione. La struttura è moderna, pulitissima e organizzata in modo eccellente. Ho soggiornato in una camera singola molto confortevole, sempre perfettamente pulita e curata. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Gülay, una ragazza davvero simpatica, professionale e sempre disponibile. È stata il mio punto di riferimento per tutto il percorso: è rimasta costantemente in contatto con me tramite WhatsApp, rispondendo con rapidità a ogni mia domanda e facendomi sentire seguito in qualsiasi momento. Non mi ha mai lasciato solo e questo, soprattutto quando ci si trova all’estero, fa davvero la differenza. Desidero inoltre ringraziare di cuore il chirurgo e tutto il suo staff per la straordinaria professionalità dimostrata. L’intervento è andato perfettamente e il decorso post-operatorio è stato ottimo, senza complicazioni né conseguenze. Mi sono sempre sentito in mani sicure, seguito con attenzione e grande competenza. Posso dire senza alcun dubbio che la mia esperienza al Memorial Hospital è stata eccellente sotto ogni punto di vista. Consiglio questa struttura a chiunque stia pensando di sottoporsi a un intervento chirurgico in un ambiente serio, organizzato e altamente professionale. I had my rhinoplasty with Dr. Erol Bozbora,one week ago and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the very first consultation, Dr. Erol was incredibly professional, calm, and reassuring. He took the time to explain every detail of the procedure, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure I had realistic expectations about the surgery and recovery process. His calm manner immediately put me at ease and gave me confidence that I was in very capable hands. Throughout the entire process, I felt supported and well-informed. Dr. Erol is not only highly skilled but also genuinely cares about his patients and their concerns. He listens carefully and explains everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and reassured at every stage. Se dovessi descrivere la mia esperienza con una sola parola, sceglierei eccellenza. Mi sono affidata al Dott. Mehmet Sağır per un intervento complesso di rimozione delle protesi mammarie con mastopessi (lifting del seno) e non avrei potuto fare scelta migliore. Fin dal primo colloquio ho percepito una grandissima professionalità, competenza e attenzione nei confronti del paziente. Il dottore mi ha spiegato ogni fase dell’intervento con estrema chiarezza, trasmettendomi sicurezza e fiducia. È un chirurgo di grande esperienza, preciso, scrupoloso e con un gusto estetico straordinario. Il risultato è naturale, armonioso e perfettamente in linea con ciò che desideravo. Un ringraziamento speciale va anche a Gülay İleri, interprete e consulente, che è stata semplicemente eccezionale. Sin dal primo contatto mi ha seguita con una disponibilità incredibile, rispondendo a qualsiasi domanda, organizzando ogni dettaglio del viaggio e facendomi sentire sempre serena. Durante tutta la permanenza è stata presente, premurosa e professionale, abbattendo completamente la barriera linguistica e facendomi sentire come se fossi a casa. Una persona di una gentilezza rara, che svolge il suo lavoro con passione e umanità. Anche la struttura in cui sono stata operata merita il massimo dei voti. Sembra più un hotel di lusso che un ospedale: ambienti moderni, eleganti, pulizia impeccabile, camere spaziose e confortevoli, personale sempre sorridente e disponibile. Ogni dettaglio è curato nei minimi particolari e si percepisce immediatamente l’altissimo livello qualitativo della struttura. L’assistenza ricevuta prima, durante e dopo l’intervento è stata impeccabile. Medici, infermieri e tutto il personale si sono dimostrati estremamente attenti, professionali e pronti ad aiutarmi in qualsiasi momento, facendomi sentire sempre al sicuro. Consiglio con tutto il cuore il Dott. Mehmet Sağır e Gülay İleri a chiunque stia pensando di affrontare un intervento di chirurgia plastica in Turchia. Oltre all’eccellenza chirurgica, troverete persone che mettono davvero il paziente al centro, accompagnandolo con competenza, empatia e grande professionalità in ogni fase del percorso. È stata un’esperienza che ha superato ogni mia aspettativa e che rifarei senza alcun dubbio. Grazie di cuore a tutto il team per aver trasformato un momento così importante della mia vita in un’esperienza positiva, serena e indimenticabile.
