Don trust and don’t buy with NEWMED
The representatives at Unimed stop responding on WhatsApp once you have purchased their medical devices, especially when you ask for clear explanations. They have been giving me excuses for several months—first citing Ramadan, and later providing illogical explanations regarding the distribution of the packages. Eventually, they claimed that the shipment had been lost and that the order would have to be placed again. I have now requested a full refund, but they have refused to process it and have simply stopped responding to my messages. The service has been extremely poor. Based on my experience, I believe they have not been honest in their communication, and I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

The first time I found New Med Instruments, I wasn’t skeptical. I liked their branding right away - it felt professional, and they backed it up with great service. Communication has never been an issue. They even offered video calls to understand our specifications and how we use the instruments. I’m really impressed by their quality and attention to every detail. Thank goodness I found New Med Instruments. We buy and manufacture surgical instruments regularly, and the struggles we had before are finally over.

I am really grateful for the shipment. I have purchased without any problem. I have purchased FESS equipment, ear and rhinoplasty, and they've all been in order. I arrive really quickly, they solved my doubts by WhatsApp and by email. Highly recommended. In fact, I'm asking for more equipment.
