Pretty good so far
Pretty good so far - I have an issue with the delivery company, but won’t drop stars for New Look due to this. If I had any criticism- I really wish you didn’t message me quite as often as you do, but do understand the need to let customers know the offers. Find the sizing and cut of clothes good for me.

Petites clothes Drab and no style
Disappointing for Petites. There is no style at all..we cannot buy fashionable jackets that are in normal size, and not available in petite . WHY ..Why can these not be produced and made in petite? Every petite individual I've met in New look store says the same. All the petite clothes are DRAB, BORING no style..JUST dumped in a corner... Like New look don't care for Petite customers at all, and doesn't intend too

I quite like new look.
I quite like new look. The clothes are generally affordable, en trend and they have good discounts in the sales. I recently wanted a white poplin shirt and after trawling the internet I bought three from different companies to try. The cheapest and best quality of the three was definitely the one from new look. As for the downsides. My advice is don’t pay extra for next day delivery as the items do not always turn up the next day. Whether this is the fault of evri or new look who knows but save your money and just go for standard delivery and then you won’t be disappointed. The next downside is their customer service is not live so you may have to wait for over 24 hours to get a response which can be a bit annoying. However that’s where the star of the show comes into the picture in the form of Reanna who is the customer service agent who every company should employ. Twice she has helped me with issues by waving her magic wand and hey presto…. all is right again in the consumer world. So in summary… yes there are some issues with new look but they do sell a range of affordable fashionable clothes,

Absolutely awful service
Absolutely awful service On a loop trying to track an order that has been sat in Evri warehouse for 10 days, I placed an order with the discount code and free express delivery, have tried virtual assistant - useless just send you on a loop, have emailed directly useless, you have to wait 3 days for a virtual cut and paste response telling me to do all the things I have already tried and wait for the delivery time, even on standard delivery not express as it should have been it’s still 6 days over the delivery time, useless, I have requested a refund and will no doubt wait to get another robot response, no customer service phone number you can call, I will never order from them again, will go to the bank now and claim back my money
