Don’t waste your time.
These are not valid reviews in here. I’ll give you a real one. It takes 2+ weeks to get a withdrawal. 14 (business) days to process, then 14 days to review the process. And that’s if you can win. It was ok at first. Won a few times. Nothing big. Nightmare to withdrawal. Always an excuse to delay. Then after they pay you, don’t plan on hitting ever again. Probably made 20 deposits since my last withdrawal. And barely get bonuses, tons of dead spins (80%), horrible line pays, etc. Best advise is, if you ever do hit and cash out, DON’T come back.

So far very good no problems..
So far very good no problems... enjoying my peace while kids rest...they get a 4 for now now because I haven't got to cash out yet! Customer service is nice they have amazing discounts... they value. Their customers. I was up all night playing it was fun!

I am still waiting for this website to provide a response and reach a fair resolution regarding my withdrawal issue. My main concern is the lack of transparency surrounding a bonus promotion that resulted in winnings of $3,000. After winning, I was informed that because my deposit was under $240, the maximum withdrawal allowed was only 10 times my deposit amount based on the site’s Terms and Conditions. However, this significant restriction was not clearly disclosed in the bonus offer at the time I accepted it. As a customer, I believe important limitations such as maximum cash-out amounts should be clearly stated within the promotion itself, not buried in general terms and conditions. Transparency is essential when offering bonuses, and customers should fully understand the rules before participating. What has made this experience even more frustrating is the slow communication and lack of a timely resolution. I am still waiting for a meaningful response and hope the company will address this matter fairly and improve its transparency for future customers.
