My experience with Nivada Grenchen is a very mixed one. First, the positive: the watch itself is superb. It is a beautiful, well-made piece that I genuinely love. In fact, the watch impressed me enough that I would have seriously considered purchasing additional Nivada Grenchen watches in the future. Unfortunately, customer service and after-sales support have been the Achilles' heel of my experience. The watch arrived with a small scratch. Nothing major, and certainly not something that would have ruined the watch for me, but since it was brand new, I felt it was worth mentioning. I sent pictures, videos, and descriptions, but the responses I received were mixed and sometimes confusing, without a clear resolution. Shortly afterward, I decided the watch would look great on a bracelet and ordered one directly from Nivada Grenchen. The wrong bracelet arrived. I contacted customer service again, explained the situation, went through some back-and-forth communication, and eventually returned the incorrect bracelet as instructed. Then came the part that was honestly difficult to understand: They sent me the exact same wrong bracelet back. So now, after already returning it once, I am waiting for another return label so I can send the same incorrect bracelet back for a second time. At this point, I am genuinely considering simply giving up and accepting it as a lost cause, although I am still waiting to see how Nivada Grenchen ultimately resolves the situation. That is what makes this review frustrating to write. Nivada Grenchen makes a great watch. The product deserves praise. The customer service experience, however, has not matched the quality of the watch. For a company producing watches this good, the after-sales experience should inspire customers to purchase their second and third Nivada—not make them hesitate to buy again.

Love the watch and what the brand is…
Love the watch and what the brand is doing as a whole. I purchased the Depthmaster in Bronze (first bronze watch) and I’m very impressed with overall build quality. However, the patina process happened extremely fast - turning a dark and deep brown within 2 months of daily wear. Nothing wrong with that, but the special bronze alloy used by Nivada states that it should patina slower that traditional bronze, that’s just simply not the case.

After long time finally made a decison to order something personal a Nivada watch. After long deliberation F77 with something special Stone Dial. First Ethan from Customer Care helped me and answer few pre purchase question. Fast and efficient. Then customer service team did amazing job in helping when there were problems with delivery. Professional with attention to details. Always pleasure to interact with them. Thanks team I can now enjoy my watch. Watch arrived and must say from packaging to the watch itself I like the attention to details. Sometimes you are wondering how much pictures from website are reflecting reality. Here is even better. Cannot take of my wrist.
